Need a healthy snack? Look no further.
Empty a can of chickpeas on a baking tray or if you prefer use soaked raw chickpeas (will take longer to bake).
Sprinkle them with spices of your choice, my favourites are; salt, peper, tumeric and mixed herbs. If feeling naughty add a glug of olive oil too. Shake the tray to mix all the ingredients together.
Whack in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minuites if using canned peas or 45 minuites if raw peas.
Take them out when they are golden and crispy.
You can also put them in salads for lunches or dinners
